A Sustainable Approach
From the inception of building and running a craft distillery our main focus has been to produce premium products using local ingredients. That sounds simple enough but the reality can be somewhat different. Luckily for us, our main ingredients, Alberta water and barley, are among the best in the world. This allows us to have a very stable platform to build our spirits off of and when run through our Canadian-made distilling equipment (handmade in Victoria, BC) produces a spirit that we can proudly place our name on. For us quality is our number one priority and if we feel a spirit is not up to the highest standards we will not bottle it.

Great local distillery with wonderful service! I'm a big fan of the coffee break cocktail and the Nanaimo liqueur if anyone is looking for recommendations! Great place to check out and would highly recommend! There a great view of downtown and a patio outside for sunny summer days

Phenomenal distillery with amazing drinks! All locally made in Calgary! Came for lunch today and enjoyed the atmosphere and wonderful drinks! Come support an amazing local business and some fabulous drinks! Forgive one of my drinks is empty, I just couldn't wait!

I have always been amazed at the quality of the product here. I am looking forward to visiting again. I am going through withdrawals since I've moved away, but every time I have visitors from Calgary I ask for them to bring me a few bottles! You gotta try em all cause I cant get enough. Great Product!
